FAQ

Absolutely. We carry a $1,000,000 / $2,000,000 liability insurance policy, so you can focus on the fun and leave the worrying to us.

Yes, a $50 deposit is required to secure all orders.

We accept cash and all major credit cards. Please note that credit card payments include a 4% processing surcharge. If paying with cash, exact change is appreciated as our drivers do not carry change.

Deliveries within the Clarksville area are always free. Locations outside of our standard service area may be subject to an additional fuel charge. Give us a call if you’re unsure whether we service your location.

Yes! Every rental is one flat, all-inclusive rate. No surprises at checkout.

Unfortunately, no. Our insurance requires that we handle all delivery, setup, and pickup for every unit — no exceptions.

Setup typically happens one to two hours before your rental start time. On busier days, we may need to arrive up to four hours early — if that’s the case, we’ll give you a heads-up a few days in advance. Please make sure someone is reachable by phone at all times on the day of your event, as we will not deliver if we’re unable to reach the renter.

Please have a level, clear area ready before we show up — free of sticks, rocks, and pet waste. Make sure there’s at least a 4-foot-wide path for us to access the setup location, so move any vehicles beforehand if needed. If we’re setting up on grass, mow a few days ahead of time to help keep the interior of the unit clean. Also take note of any low-hanging branches or power lines nearby — nothing can be rubbing against the unit while it’s inflated.

Grass is our top choice and the most comfortable for kids. We can also set up on asphalt or concrete. Unfortunately, gravel and rock surfaces are not compatible with our units as they cause damage to the vinyl over time.

Yes — the blower is what keeps the unit inflated, so it needs to stay running the entire rental period. We require an accessible electrical outlet within 100 feet of the setup location. We bring our own heavy-duty extension cords to avoid tripping breakers, so please don’t substitute your own.

Here’s a general guide by unit type: 13×13 bounce houses hold up to 8 children, 15×15 bounce houses hold up to 10 children, combo units hold up to 8 children, and slides (wet or dry) are one rider at a time.

No shoes, food, drinks, or gum inside the unit. No glitter, silly string, or sharp objects at any time. No smoking in or around the inflatable, and no open flames nearby — even floating embers from a bonfire can burn straight through the material. No rough play and no hanging from the nets.

We know weather is unpredictable, and we do our best to work with you when it doesn’t cooperate. If rain wipes out two-thirds or more of your event, or if there’s a forecasted 40% or greater chance of rain, we’ll offer you a rain check valid for one full year or a refund minus a $25 processing fee — whichever applies to your situation. Rain check bookings are subject to availability.

We love park events! Just keep in mind that most parks do not have electrical outlets, so a generator may be required — we rent them at a reasonable rate. Some parks also operate on a first-come, first-served basis for pavilion space, so plan to claim your spot early. Certain parks may also require proof of our insurance before allowing setup. We’re happy to provide that documentation, just contact us in advance so we have time to prepare it.

Normal wear and tear is on us — seams and high-traffic areas can show wear over time, and that’s expected. If something like that happens, let us know right away so we can take care of it. However, if damage results from failure to follow the safety rules or negligent use — such as leaving the blower running in high winds, allowing silly string or sharp objects near the unit, or similar situations — the renter will be responsible for repair or replacement costs, which can run into the thousands. That’s exactly why we have every renter review and sign our liability waiver before the event.
