Rainy Conditions
We can’t control the weather, but we can make sure it doesn’t ruin your day. If rain wipes out two-thirds or more of your event, or if there’s a forecasted 40% or greater chance of rain, we’ll work with you — either by rescheduling your rental with a rain check valid for one full year, or by issuing a refund minus a $25 processing fee. Rain check bookings are subject to availability.
Wind Advisories
Your family’s safety is our top priority. When severe wind advisories are in the forecast, outdoor rentals will not take place for that day. We also monitor conditions throughout your rental — if winds reach 25 mph at any point, we’ll call to have the inflatables evacuated immediately. We hold our rentals to the same standard we’d hold ourselves to with our own kids.
Rental Duration
All bounce house and inflatable rentals are booked as full-day rentals, with one day equaling six hours. Any time extending past 8 PM is considered the start of the following day. Entertainer bookings are charged on an hourly basis unless a different arrangement is agreed upon before the event.
Payments
Payment for all bounce house, inflatable, and entertainer bookings is due on the day of your event. Prefer to plan ahead? You’re also welcome to prepay online at any time before your rental date.
